Does taking 5 years to complete 150 hrs of college cl seem like slacking to you?

I'm an accounting major, I suppose to graduate this year. But I want to spend another semester or so to take extra accounting and business courses. I want to complete 150 hrs because I want to take the CPA exam after graduation. Actually, I need to have 150 hrs to be allowed to sit for the CPA exam. I'm feeling bad because most of my cl mates are graduating. Why does graduating late has such a bad connotation to it? I changed my major once too.
