No. I don't believe it is. Its like, a craft. I make bracelets like that on a beading loom. If you tried to make your product look like the other copyrighted bracelets, and sold them and said they were the copyrighted ones, that would be copyright infringement. If you like, tried to sell your product under a copyrighted name.
