Will my episiotomy from my first birth tear or need to be cut again for my second?

My doctor is very against them but my sons heartrate dropped dangerously low so it was given in an emergency situation. I am 36 weeks pregnant with a little girl and wondering what will happen with the old episiotomy..will it have a good chance of tearing open? Very curious and worried.
