Where would you recommend emigrating to?

I need to head to warmer climets and don't want to be to fare from the UK the most about 5hrs flight away, and it needs to be safe, English speaking or though I am learning Spainish, cheap and good career options there. Australia would be ideal but its too fare, I LOVED it when I went. Any sugestions??
