What is the current size of the internet in memory?

This question bothered me all day. It could possibly be in the Zetabytes stage already. The whole system is kilo,mega,giga,tera,peta,xeta,zeta,and the biggest, Yotabytes. 1 Yottabyte is 1 Quadrillion Terabytes.
