Stay away or reconcile? What would you do if you were me?

Without going into the other issues, why would you consider marrying a man you're not even sure you can love again? If he has changed that is wonderful and I know you are happy for him but don't you think what he did would always be in the back of your mind? He's been out of your life for years and may truly be a wonderful man now, but what has that to do with you, other than a sincere apology. But why take the chance, especially if you're wondering if you can even make yourself love him again. It makes no sense to me.
