Question about world of warcraft...paid char transfer?

ok i was playing on my frendz account..........got a druid to lvl 30......i know not that high but it was a big deal for me.......and bought my own acc and i cant tranf my char........it says must be same registered user so does that mean if i create a new acc.....and put his name and his email address could i tranf then? also would i have to buy all 3 game expansions again or could i cancel code again.....answer fast......
