Me and my mom need advice?

well, my dad divorced my mom in november. i adjusted,im ok with life. but my mom has turned so suicidal and just plain out depressed. i dont know what to do. she has no job, and only 200 or less in her account. i dont know if she is going to learn how to drive, look for a job,or do anything good for herslef. i can only help her so much.im only 14. what the eff should i do to help her,cuz i only want to her to be happy agian. help?
