Aren't North Africans,Middle Easterners racially Mulatto?

The USA census clifies North Africans and Middle Easterners as "White".In my opinion the only people that should be clified as White are the peoples of Europe(Italy,France,Spain,Portugal,Brita… etc..)and their descendants throughout the world that are not racially mixed.
