About how many calories did I eat today?

You would do more damage skipping a meal than helping at all...You ate roughly about 350-400 calories today. A great free site to track your calories and how much calories you burn off doing normal every day exercises is www.mypyramid.org . I used it for a while to get an idea of my daily intake vs. calorie burn.
