How can I get my boyfriend motivated?! Help please! should I leave him?

Alrighty well my boyfriend and I have been together for two years, we started dating our senior year in high school (when i moved to FL) and he never did anything in his cles (so lazy) but he is so so smart! thats what i like about him! But now its MY secound year in college, and he STILL has NO JOB he doesnt drive!! we broke up and I told him to get his sh*t together and he said he would but he still... has done NOTHING. should I leave him?
